I think this one is a one-off, not indicative, but the way TEs get chopped down on tackles you need a bunch. I also think we've had a lull in having that athletic O.J. Howard type who will break plays after the catch, a bad matchup for a LB or S.

2 tight ends greatly reduces the games that can be played by the defense. Rushing/stunting every gap requires 8 and leaves you short handed on the back side.

I know I expect us to use them on scholarship, I was just saying a guy with military background with same mindset would help the TE room, to develop that toughness mentality. That's all.
