Honestly, I do get the point here.. I suppose it's along the same lines as an Amber Alert.
Where I'm left scratching my head a bit is here where I'm watching a video, posted online,a and they're asking for help to identify? It's not as if they can't track down the person who posted the video. That's IP tracking, 101.
What's more confusing is who took the video and why they didn't put the phone down and (yes, I know it's a lady) take matters into their own hands. I'm not an advocate of violence as a means of correcting behavior, but this "lady" needs the shit kicked out of her.
