šŸ§‘ā€šŸ¤ā€šŸ§‘ / šŸ” A phone photo thread...

I get a little lost just looking at this part...someone has climbed that. Someone has fallen while climbing that. There's probably several wildlife creatures in that image you can't see. Like a snow leopard in Alaska...you don't realize what you are looking at until you realize what you are looking at.

You're right. I zoomed in:

Getting ready for the 4th.
30 day wet aged. My dry age fridge defecated the mattress so I had to wet age.View attachment 28141View attachment 28142
I'll have to tell you, I had a wet-aged steak a few months ago, and I was certain I was going to die from whatever was growing on it. Not sure I'll ever try it again over dry aged.

Sounds like it wasn’t sealed properly or the temperature wasn’t regulated or both. It needs to be vacuum sealed and kept between 34 to 37 degrees during the process.

My wife and I took a trip to Italy a few weeks ago for our twelfth anniversary. Here's a shot of the Grand Canal in Venice.

Venice was everything I dreamed it would be since I was a kid.
This sort of loops back into another thread. Why have a car? IE: A few of us have plans on Friday to hit one of the places on Shem Creek. We are taking the boat to get there. It'll cost me about $8 to Uber to the house where the boats are docked...I'll take that hit versus driving.

In my view, in Venice, you need a boat and a bike.

It's been too long since I've been to Captain Anderson's... easily one of my top 5 favorite seafood places.

Aight. This is in Panama Beach, right? I could look it up. I won't.

Are we talking about the same place? I remember, seem to, taking a boat to the dock and eating. I didn't like the seating. It seemed like you were in Old Country Buffet.

Again. Trying to think. Pecan tables? Or were they pine?

IF we are talking about the same place. Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, it was deviled Crab...Scallops the size of a dollar bill coin. It was in the 40-50 count on the shrimp. Smaller, but tender.

I can see the place. Diving suits?
