| LIFE A phone photo thread...

I took this photo the other night in Fairhope. Can’t even put a number on the times I’ve driven by this property over the years. A lot has changed around it, but this old house remains (for now). Bonus points to anyone that knows the historical significance (I guess you’d call it that) of the home.

(if anyone gets it right, I'm going to assume they either Googled their ass off or are from/live near the area)

It was the house you were born in!!!:ROFLMAO:

Dunno, I’m not sure I’ve paid enough attention if I’ve been by it or not. I’m in Fairhope every so often.
When I go it’s for:
Thyme on section
Pearl
Gambinos
Sunset pointe
Bayside grill

So I’m usually singularly focused when I do hit Fairhope!!!

Give me Gambino's out of all of those... but Mrs. Van de Graaff and I have a running joke that they are always closed when we try to stop by. I think their hours/days are a bit more consistent these day though than they used to be.

But Gambinos, Ben's, and a little drive to Big Daddy's on Fish River would be my top 3 in that immediate area. A (big) step down on the fancy scale for the latter two for sure, but good food.

Yeah I’ve heard a lot of good things about big daddy’s!!!! I’ll hit that soon for sure. I usually don’t pick where we eat, but I will next time. I enjoy the more “casual” type place for sure, but I can eat just about anywhere. I usually eat over there with an X girlfriend. We get along better when we only hook up occasionally, if you get my drift…

I got lost in this picture for awhile.

This my 2015 Equinox I let our daughter use it. She was park at a restaurant. Cop come in and ask who owns a Red Equinox. He told her it was hit in the parking lot. The lady that hit it could have left but she didn't. She told the cop she just turn into the parking space to quickly. She had just purchased a new 2025 Chevy Equinox in Sliver. This was on Christmas night. I'm glad no one was hurt. Messenger_creation_06F92E8D-4727-4C60-928E-A8890FC51D42.jpeg
