Getting so I'm less and less concerned about the actual season. The rest of this stuff is just crazy to try to follow. Will be interested in who they finally bring in and what coaching changes are made but I'll wait on the dust to settle and see then.

In my opinion the only way to truly know what's happening with kids and basketball you have to immerse yourself in the world of advisors and coaches in AAU.

It's also my opinion the same can be said about college football today: it's advisors and agents here. And, in spite of what we know about the AAU circuits, CFB feels dirtier because of those agents and advisors.

To closely and accurately follow where someone will play? You have to immerse yourself in that world. Which, is indeed, crazy.

My own world is convoluted enough already. Trying to keep up with the whims of the young men and women in the college sports world, it's just not worth any effort.
