I love most all food if it's done properly, but if I had to choose it'd have to be tripe. Can't stand the thought of it.

Never had chitterlings and never will - but I'm pretty sure I'd hate them too. Just the thought of eating a pigs poop canal. Blech.

I’ve had big chunks of tripe in Pho. Sizzling pork intestines Szechuan style at The Red Pearl in Birmingham are not bad. Probably had chitlins’ as a kid just don’t remember it.

Had tripe ONCE, chitlins’ ONCE and I can honestly say barring a zombie apocalypse I will never have them again!!!! I’ll pass on the Szechuan intestines as well!!!

You don’t eat turkey or ham? My son growing couldn’t wait for me to make my turkey & ham salad after the holiday was over. The turkey carcass was always used to make stock for a batch of gumbo later.

I absolutely adore good pho, but I've never had/seen/heard of tripe in it.

I love pasta. Big time. And I love soup with rich, savory broth. So pho is just a natural 'like' for me.

That looks damn good to me.

I'm not sure many things could get more "Charleston" than that dish.
