Sad story. He was driving an estimated 88 mph in the 35 mph zone where he hit the innocent driver. Dodge Charger at 88 and hit a Hyundai Accent. They suspect he was high, and they found a cup of a leafy substance in his floorboard. I guess it could have been romaine...
