I think so. I know the one in Vestavia stays packed........ALWAYS. But yeah, I think it is just as good. Although nothing beats being in "God's country".

Can't argue with Joe's. Excellent food! Don't think I've been back to Olive Garden since. PJ, have you been to Chubb's yet? Holy ****!! Best burgers and fries (they're crack!) around!

Not in the Alabaster area, but a couple of weeks ago, my wife and I were finally able to eat lunch at both Klingler's in Vestavia (German fare) and Saw's in Homewood. GOOD stuff!! We are really looking forward to finding some time one weekend to get to Carrigan's Public House in Birmingham. It looks great.

Tried Chubb's when it first opened and was disappointed, but they were slammed. Agree on Saw's.

Dick Russel's ~ sometimes for breakfast,they always have fresh biscuits
Carrabba's Italian Grill

I forgot to mention Bonefish Grill in Hoover. Really good seafood and sides, a little pricey.

Recently discovered the deliciousness that is Dinosaur BBQ up here .. the HQ is in Syracuse.
