Abundance of ... can't go with caution here. Call me cynical, but "you had one job."

The Georgia State Panthers football team said Sunday that positive COVID-19 tests that forced the postponement of their Saturday game against Charlotte were because of "errors in reading the test results."
The Panthers said players and staff were tested on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the first two rounds producing no positive results. The results from Thursday's batch of tests came in Friday, before the team was scheduled to travel to Charlotte.
The test results that were read incorrectly prompted Georgia State "to postpone the game out of an abundance of caution," the news release said.

I believe there is more things like this happening which makes us question the #'s for sure. My opinion I think there is more of this than some covert plot to doctor the numbers.

This whole COVID-19 is new to the medical and scientific communities. I think the tests are to sensitive as well and there will always be some error so nothing is 100%. In this case just seems like human error. It happens which to me you accept but you put checks and balances into the process to try and catch the issues before they go out. All it would take is another set of eyes to review the results but they may be under such tight schedules with a huge backlog that they can't afford to. I suspect they change that now.

This is exactly why half the people are scared and half the people are angry. Don't get out in public, wear your mask, don't play football, scare tactics. I'm not wearing a mask, faulty numbers, false positives, media narrative. In the end, people need to do their own research and make the best decision for them, not just take the first thing they hear and run with it. A lot of people blame the media, and rightfully so, but a lot of blame can be put on the individuals out there that don't get answers themselves and educate themselves.
