I don't think you'll get your money back. I think they hold it for next season unless you want to get out of line. Just my guess.

Probably right. Just sucks because I would have used that time to spend with the kids, now it may be lost for another year, and then have to come up with another couple thousand to get away and do something else. Don't have to spend thousands to spend time with your kids, I know, but it was a great opportunity to get away from the norm of every day life.
