The family of a woman killed in a shooting near the University of Alabama has filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit against three men, including former Alabama star Brandon Miller, who was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2023 NBA draft.

The family demanding testimony may find out some information that paints the boyfriend in a not so promising light and thus causes this lawsuit to be thrown out. I don’t have any inside knowledge but it is possible.

This is a shakedown lawsuit. No doubt. For this suit to have any merit it would have to be proven that Brandon knew what was about to happen.
