That was the thinking early, unsure if that has changed.

Covid does better in lower humidity and indoors. Makes sense that colder weather, that drives people indoors more and causes the humidity dropping heater to run, would cause it to spread more easily.

But mask work so they must not be conforming to the rules . Just kidding somewhat, lots of variables. I am one that believes it helps but in no way is it 100%. I think people have to create their own bubble somewhat other than they are young and hopefully will recover quickly and w/o side effects.
