| FTBL Will the cow college be a flop this year?

Last year they finished 9-4, 5-3 in conference play.

I see them as taking a slight step backwards finishing 8-4, 4-4 in conference in a tie for 3rd in the West.

Out of the conference play, seeing four losses is easy.

While I believe the quarterback position is generally over-valued by most football analyst, having a sub-par quarterback can be the most difficult obstacle for a team to overcome (see the ’07 Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Falcons, etc). I’m just not sold on anybody they have as a solid starting SEC quarterback. While yes, the defense is solid, how many times does an inexperienced QB have to put them in a bad situation with an untimely turnover before they start to get frustrated and their performance struggles? I say not many. They struggle early, things spiral out of control, and they will finish around .500.

8-4 is a definite possibility. I think they finish 9-3 but that may be good enough to win the West depending on who they beat.
