I would love to catch up with some tailgating on Saturday. I am going to the game. If anybody on this forum has a tailgating setup, I would love to stop by and say hello. (Free food would be awesome but not required.)

I just got my ticket, but not setting up a tailgate since I'm hitting it alone tomorrow. Probably gonna hit up The Strip and grab a few drinks.

I'll be there, but won't be tailgating. If you want to see Doe, go up to the steps of the library when the band is playing on the quad. (pre-game pep rally) He will be on the right hand side under the oak tree. Look for all the cameras.

Local Catch and Momma Goldbergs are closer to Downtown, but really good. Buffalo Phil's right by the stadium ain't bad. They have a Firehouse, Moes, and Chipolte as well if you want something more mainstream and quick.

best place to eat is Ramma Jamma's. it's your basic, small burger joint. but they have the best wall coverings.

it's next to the stadium and packed on game days.

Not going to the game, but am here in God's country for a few days. Stopped in T-town Thursday and saw the Gameday bus, Bryant Denny stadium( they shooed us out, they didn't want us to see them putting the Gameday scaffolding together, REALLY?) Ate at the old Dreamland. It was a great day!

Thanks 344 and SK33. We drove in from Mobile and got delayed so we didn't get to the area until 40 minutes before the game. We paid $40.00 for parking after driving around looking for a place to park. Finally parked and got to our seats by the coin toss. What a game! After the game we walked around for an hour looking for the house that we parked the car in. There was a large log Jam of people at the front of the stadium. All I could remember about the house was that it had those white Christmas lights on the front porch. At that time of night there was too many houses that had those white Christmas Lights. We walked up and down and finally found the house on 13th st. What a day.:rolf:

I feel like my day was the same way. Took me longer than unplanned to get to Tuscaloosa from Atlanta. Before I realized it, I had walked around campus looking for some friends and it was game time. Then afterwards it was a traffic jam on Bryant Drive with people everywhere. I walked like two miles to the house I own and was worn slap out. Long day driving, game took a lot of energy, getting to my truck, and then getting back home at midnight. Tons of fun atleast.
