The NFL isn’t college 2.0. The NFL is playing against the best college (every single team) has to offer. It’s not the best of Colorado. It’s not the best of the West coast. It’s the best of all teams for the past ~10 years.

I understand completely. All I am saying is if he is good enough to play both ways, I wish him well. Personally, I think the wear and tear on his body will be too much for him over time.

And if you are a "stats" person....
On each play there is a chance of injury...the more snaps...the more chances...
Even thevwear and tear of physical contact....
Even a total physical beast like Derrick Henry got beat to hell n missed big part of year...

As a young person...one wouldnt think of it....but...its law of probability....

Oh I don’t think he’s going to do good at both in the NFL, I don’t think he’ll be top 10 at either position, but if I was him and did what he did in college (schedule aside) and got the awards that he got I would want to do the same

The question would be does the team want a middle-of-the-road player at two positions, or a one-sided player who concentrates on and excels in one position. Just playing both ways against rested platoons has to create some disadvantage.
