He was the best two way player in the country, plus the best WR and CB in college (awards show that), so the NFL team that drafts him should play him both ways.
The best two-way college player doesn't necessarily translate to two-way in the NFL. With all due respect to the popularity voters and the reconstituted C-USA/Mountain West schedule he played (61st in the nation), I'd leave it to the folks paying his salary to decide how he's utilized.

Is Desmond the last one we can compare and contrast?

Oh I don’t think he’s going to do good at both in the NFL, I don’t think he’ll be top 10 at either position, but if I was him and did what he did in college (schedule aside) and got the awards that he got I would want to do the same

I hope this was with sarcasm because the NFL is no joke!
I’m not saying it’s a joke (obviously), but if I did what he did in college and got the awards that he got I would be the same as him. I don’t think he’s going to do good at both in the NFL, he won’t even be top 10-15 int he NFL at either position, but the team that drafts should let him play both sides, think of it as throw to the deep end and hope he can swim

Deion Sanders played both ways in the NFL, but not full time. Over his professional career he scored three (3) offensive touchdowns. If Hunter thinks he can tell an NFL what he will and won’t do, he has some learning to do. His attitude is a key reason not to draft him. I don’t think you lose anything without him.

Expensive gamble with one side of the ball, much less both sides of the ball. let's face it, awards are all media and based off prior year's performance. Atleast All-America selections and most finalists as long as they aren't injured.
