You know what stuck out to me in this article?

Chris Strobel, NCAA director of secondary violations, said the enforcement staff tends to initially find most of its case information from recruiting-site message boards, blogs and social media sites.

Director of Secondary violations? Talk about government being reincarnated. Will we see a Director of Monitoring of Social Media Sites in the near future as well?

When Slive talks about the need for restructuring the NCAA's compliance rules, it sure seems like they need more than that. I wonder if this is just a case of someone with longevity, the Administration felt they needed a raise, so they invented a title?
