Agree. But he had 134 yards passing against ilia in the 1st quarter. Didn’t even finish the first quarter. Backup had 158 the final 3+ quarters. So I for one am glad he didn’t play all 4. But that’s just me.
LSU fans are looking at 55 yards rushing and have concern.
Tennessee fans should be looking at the 300 yards they gave up to Daniels and company because when they also look back at giving up right at 600 yards (total offense) to Florida in week four? Where's the defense?
We know that when LSU gets smacked, early, they've always struggled to get back into those games. They were kicked in the nuts, twice within minutes, yesterday and found themselves where they've always been...struggling on offense to get back into the game.
I do believe Tennessee is a better team than LSU: but not 27 points better.
