His first season wasn't that bad in terms of wins and losses. MSU won eight in his first season, they won nine in Mullens last season. I suppose some could look at their loss to UK in 2018 as a bad loss but that was a 10 win Kentucky team.
I can understand MSU looking at the on the field performances and seeing eight wins his first season and then six this season. But that's where it becomes a little crazy because Mullen's next to last season was a six win season as well.
Pardon my being a little crass here but it sure seems like the Kiffin hire made the Bulldogs piss down their own leg (okay, a little pun there that was certainly weak.)
