I know kids should always sign with a school over a coach, but that ignores reality. Early Signers are taking a huge chance at schools like State. This needs to be a wakeup call to them. If you are signing with a winning coach you are probably OK. If you are signing with a .500 or so coach you might want to wait.

Rutgers is a deadend. He gets to keep all the money in his contract with MSU. He's better off, financially and career-wise, taking any role somewhere else.
