I truly don’t have a firm opinion on this event as I’ve learned over many decades, the story often changes over time. That aside, why can’t someone have a different opinion without being labeled something … in this case a troll? I admit I’m not knowledgeable about the different “Club” levels but I assume a Sideline Club poster didn’t just show up for this story

I don't know what kind of phone Miller has. I can say that my phone provides a notification with a line or two of the text. I can read full texts on my phone without ever opening them. And, a text as short as "Bring me my (word he used for gun)" I can read in its entirety without opening my phone or the text itself.

1) He didn't want to attend the club so he dropped the others out.

2) He instead went to eat at a restaurant.

3) He received a text while at the restaurant asking to come pick them up.

4) He finished his meal and took another friend home.

5) THEN he received a separate text requesting the pistol....WHILE DRIVING HIS FRIEND HOME.

#5 means there's an astronomically high probability that he didn't even see the 2nd text BECAUSE HE WAS DRIVING. This must be the case because you bet your ass the investigators cross checked sent/received message time stamps on both Miles' and Miller's phones. And they have iphones so you KNOW Miles' phone shows when Miller read the 2nd, or even at all.

If Miller said he didn't see the 2nd text because he was driving, and Miles' read receipt shows ANYTHING that contradicts that claim, THEN DON'T YOU THINK THE DA WOULD'VE FOUND THAT "GOTCHA" MOMENT THREE-PLUS FUCKING WEEKS INTO A MURDER INVESTIGATION?

Deputy DA is ON RECORD stating there is absolutely nothing that they can charge Miller with.
