All this talk about Ingrams performance and not too much about Roy Upchurch. Check out this stat... 7 carries for 90 yards. Ingram and Upchurch are a double headed monster that any team will hate to face all season.

Yeah Upchurch was running like a man possessed, even on the fumble that was like a 20+ yard carry. Gotta protect the ball tho. I'm really excited to see this one, two, three punch of Ingram, Upchurch, and Richardson and then throw Terry Grant in there which was one of the main things Coach Saban said was they have to get him more involved in the offense in some way.

Upchurch has turned into a headhunter.....he was just looking for someone to hit. He was really impressive! With him and Ingram (who I think is the 4th best RB in the nation) we can be really scary on offense.....and oh yeah, we have Julio too.

Ssssh guys. Let him fly under the radar and let folks worry more on Ingram

Seriously though the headhunter is a great name for him. He was wanting to blast thru human tissue last night! :hyper:

Let everyone worry about Ingram. Let Upchurch "fly under the radar". Then throw in Trent to really demoralize everyones defense! That's what I call a great offense.

I loved the play where Upchurch head hunted the safety. It was almost as if he said to himself, "Do I want a touchdown, or do I want to bulldoze someone? Let's PLOW!"

Amen!! That what I like about the way he ran. Not around the safety but over him. That show me his neck OK.

No doubt about it man. He was out for some REAL contact and he got the best of it each time. Honestly, if he had elected NOT to run over the guy on that play, he probably would have gotten 6. I loved watching him bowl the guy though. :hyper:
