Harris completed 9-of-24 passes against Alabama and finished with one touchdown and one interception. His quarterback rating was 5.1. Against LSU, Harris finished 17-of-32, threw two touchdowns and finished with a quarterback rating of 51.3. I think we know why Harris said LSU had the “best defense” the Gators have played this year.

I will say the defense didn't have its best day, but 180 total yards (15 rushing) says a lot. The gators only kept the ball for 16:31. I'm guessing Harris didn't see the stat sheet yet.

He's entitled to his beaten opinion. But I think I'll take Bama's defense over LSWho's any day of the week, and twice on Saturdays.

Not like Harris is gonna say "if Florida had a better QB things might have turned out differently". I said it earlier in the season, Harris belongs on LSU's squad. He seems like the perfect QB for the purple and gold.

why do a lot of players say things like this after losing the way they did?

our defense sacked him several times, got an interception, and allowed very little in the way of rushing yards and total yards. yet he says our defense wasn't that tough.

and it wasn't that hard to figure out? then why didn't you figure it out? is it because you're not smart enough or maybe it's because you just break down when a big game like this is on the line.
