šŸˆ Touchdown Alabama Magazine: Why Alabama should fear LSU in the upcoming game

"They are beginning to come around now and the Ole Miss defensive coordinator, John Chavis, is someone I hold a ton of respect for."

Did you mean LSU defensive coordinator?

Good article though and Im more worried about LSU than i was TAMU.

I could somewhat argue the point that LSU’s defense has improved. The Stats may have improved, but has the product on the field? LSU has struggled to stop the run this year. Those stats improved because they gave up just 96 yards to Furman (who is Furman) and 111 to Florida. Florida hasn’t run on anyone the past four weeks managing just 96 yards against Mizzou and 115 against Arkansas who has the SEC’s worst defense. Meanwhile, the two teams from Mississippi ran wild on the Tigers, Ole Miss rushing for 176 and Miss St for 216. I could argue that LSU’s defense has not improved, it is simply the quality of rushing attack they have faced has diminished. From what I’ve seen watching their last few games on Youtube, Alabama should have a lot of success running the ball against LSU.

Great points all, but the pass defense has picked up too and the young players are just more experienced even if they haven't faced big running threats lately....
