Something rival fan threw out there one day and one after another picked it up and started using it when a kid gets arrested.

Video shows nothing. The "gun" was likely a tazer.

TPD officers don't carry tazers.

As was touched on earlier, take anything reported with a grain of salt. Take anything reported by "witnesses" with a tablespoon of it.

As if we are the only team to have kids who do dumb things and get into trouble.

I wonder where (among reported crimes) we fall with other teams.

Wow... if there is more video to support the witnesses... this could get interesting... def. sounds fishy that the police refuse to release the police report or even the officers names.

This reminds me of another kid, young, who was arrested early in his time in Tuscaloosa for yelling at a friend in his car...as it so happens, a defensive back as well.

I am reserving judgement on Tony Brown's character for the time. Having served in the U. S. Air Force for 30 years, I have observed, first hand, that some police officers abuse the power entrusted to them in the performance of their duties. They are extremely rare, but there are a few that think they are God Almighty because they wear a badge. I have tremendous respect for our criminal justice system to find out the truth. The fact that the TPD is not more forthcoming makes my suspicions grow, however.
