Oh! I agree with your response Matt. That is a LONG dated practice. I believe I posted it on here before on another thread, but at the first school I taught, Penn State and Joe Paterno hired an assistant from that school just to secure a recruit. The kid was a bust and Paterno fired the guy the next year!
