I am sure all you armchair quaterbacks will have something to put here.

:lance::lance::lance::lance::lance::lance::lance::lance::lance::lance::lance::lance:

I for one think it was a very good showing...nice rebound from the fact they are out of the championship hunt

Run blocking came back in te fourth quarter but was pretty bad most of the game, stilll have difficulty picking up blitzes, gregs going to die on field if that doesnt get a little more consistent. occasional guys beating lineman i can live with, but when we let guys go up the middle unimpeded im not pleased.

you know, we can bring a tight end or fowler in at full back to assist in picking up blitzers. its not like maze and julio cant get open if there is one less guy running downfield.

or do we already do that?

:elephant: Yeah, what happened to us havin a fullback and handing it off to ingram or trent and one or the other blocking?:confused:

Well, if we are goinng to run an NFL style offense, we need a fullback who can block, and perhaps catch a pass if you want him in as a possible dump off man

its probably the most undervalued position in football, but a good fullback can be a key player. Just look at the ravens and titans.

I'd use Fowler. Or maybe even Trent. They're big and strong enough to pass for a hybrid fullback. At least it would make the D guess who's running.

The only thing I haven't understood about our offense all year is how do you not get Trent & Mark lined up in the back field in a split or an I & fake to one toss to the other more often. I personally would rely on misdirections & fakes on somewhat of a consistent basis.

here is my gripe, i went to the pep rally and stood there for a little over an hour so i could be up front and yet again they park right in front of me for about 10 minutes and by the time he moved it was dark and couldn't take any pictures because no flash

No major complaints from me. Our defense finally got some sacks - what'd we have like 5 of them? Our offense was extremely explosive. Our defense bent quite a bit but never really broke. All this against an SEC West team that had won 6 in a row. Not a bad day.

The arm of my armchair is wet from where my dog licked it! DAMN!!

I was glad to see our D line get some pressure on the QB. I wish we were more consistent with the pressure, too many times the QB has 4 or 5 seconds longer than he should to find a receiver. I thought we played a good game overall, and I'm ready to see the barn come to town!

Only one complaint. My daughter put her cheese nachos in MY seat as we jump up and down and celebrated Maze's TD. Only problem - she forgot to tell me she put them there as we all sat down. :shock:
