🏈 The last time Tennessee visited Death Valley.

Gotta say I will pull for the Who's. I can never root for the Viles.
The popular refrain from the LSU fan base has been, "we play Florida every season and y'all get Tennessee" in spite of the fact, FACT, that Florida hasn't routinely kept LSU out of the SECCG: LSU has done that to themselves.

And based on that, even though I consider UT to be the biggest football rivalry, I'll be rooting for empty seats by halftime.

Lsu needs to do some physical damage to Tennessee.....wear their asses out...expose some weaknesses....

Dont let them have a mind set ....that they are better than they are....

Tennessee vs Bama next week is gonna be really tough and competitive game..

I know we will, but the Pitt and Florida tape will be valuable. Both tough fought close games, and should show how we need to attack. Arnold, Kool-Aid, Battle, and To'oto'o better be ready with pass coverage.

Our interior defensive line is going to have to play their best game vs UT. Bama has to stop any form of a running game and then contend with the Vols passing game. We can't allow them to have success at both. Bama can't get down more than 7 and our receivers have to catch the f ball.

Offenses affect defenses...

There is definately a correlation .....

But you knew that
I'm afraid you don't know what defensive efficiency is.

Arkansas has played the #2 offense, in efficiency, this season and got smacked around.

Tennessee has faced Florida—the highest ranked offense on efficiency in their schedule—and allowed 33.

Arkansas has played a tougher schedule than Tennessee. Their defensive efficiency is the same.

Offenses do affect defenses. And Alabama just waxed a team who has the same efficiency. But, let's worry about Hooker?

The question of this game is how does Tennessee stop Alabama? Get "hooked" into the fret.

#3 team in defensive efficiency this season?

Tennessee’s QB is betterthan Arkansas's
I'm going to have to disagree with this. To me, KJ is the better QB, though he may not have as good of a supporting cast. Further, according to Walter Camp Football, KJ is ranked as the #4 QB coming out for the 2023 NFL draft and a possible 1st round pick, while Hooker is ranked at #11 and a 3rd to 5th round pick.

Right ..probably dont...

Right...probably dont....
Still hope for me though..lol

I know numbers...poised as statistics ..
Without sufficient sample sizes....can be ....well...just numbers...

A correct statement....would have been....
"Defensive efficiency through first 4-5 games are......"
would be no disagreement
Of course...it could have been implied ....

Have watched Ark n TN.....
I dont disagree...except...i see ...thats just me @'65 Cobra ...
Tn QB looks better...

Jefferson is a solod quarterback, but he peaked last season. I saw no more growth from Arkansas' game against Georgia than I saw against us this year. Hooker can sling the ball and more elusive than Jefferson. I'm taking Hooker all day long over Jefferson. Jefferson also has a damn good back behind him to take pressure off him where Hooker realky doesn't, nor did he ever have a Traelon Burks.
