Did anyone hear or read an update on the WCU player taken off on a stretcher Saturday? I believe it was John McDaris.

The radio broadcast team said it was a dislocated hip but had been popped back into place by the medical staff at BDS. He was fine after that.

Thanks. When they used the backboard I was thinking neck or back injury, but then I noticed he was resting oddly on the board.

I didn't see that, but the timing of the fans doing the wave and the guy getting hurt pretty bad was unfortunate. Once the cart came out, you could almost hear an "oops" from the crowd, and they gave him a couple of nice ovations on the way out.

I saw that and was hoping no one would make a big deal out of it. I think Coach Cignetti (maybe Thompson) said something to Saban that made him chuckle while they were waiting for the medical staff to attend to the injured player.

Did anyone happen to catch the exchange between CNS and JPW about midway through the 4qtr.JP say's something to CS and he flashes a grin and a wink back to JP.Kind of a cool moment and would make a great stillshot picture.
