Other than Irv Smith, over the last handful of cycles it seems like we've missed on signing that all-around TE.
I liked Foristall, but health has been an issue. Billingly was on the field quite a bit last year which is a good sign.
When I see this dude Ouzts, I think maybe CNS just said screw the all-around TE and let's find someone who can block. There would be confidence he could do that consistently. But TBH, he looks pretty slow as a route runner. As slow as anyone we've ever signed. But if the blocking is big time, it's probably worth the trade off.
