🏈 Seriously, how many UGA players have been arrested in the last 5 years

I read the title of this thread and assumed had been more arrests in Athens.

In case you guys missed it, Four UGA players arrested and charged with theft by deception.

If I had a conversation with Kirk right now, the only thing I would say is, "Ya think?"

This in an interesting tweet by Estes. He's got a point, up until a certain point.

Take this paragraph out of the Athens newspaper:

Georgia's defense already lost starting safety and third-leading tackler Josh Harvey-Clemons this offseason when he was dismissed from the team for a violation of team rules. Harvey-Clemons had served one game of a four-game suspension after being suspended for the opener last season after an incident involving marijuana in his dorm room.

If it's any other student are they arrested?

How many of these suspensions would have been arrests?

what caught my eye from the report was this:

“We normally don’t take out warrants on students during spring break because we’re afraid they may get stopped,” Williamson said. “I don’t want one of them to get stopped for some traffic violation and then that county lock them up. We would do that for all students.”

that's just idiotic thinking, plain and simple.

So, they do it during the school session so they'll lose class time?

That makes no sense, at all. I'm hoping this is taken out of context.
