So the stats are encouraging.

Looks like we have a consistent line(rushing yards and such), an explosive passing game now, and alot more pressure.

Now why dont i think these sacks are negative? Well, aside from the twohand rule on QBs, the passing and running game wouldnt have happened if our defence just dominated all day.

Nice to see Eryk Anders and Donta getting in the backfield.

My only worry is the secondteamers, if they can figure it outbefore the season begins....

I think we will be good.

EDIT: And where was Maze anywho? I guess him and Bowman didnt get included.

Lacy may indeed push Richardson for playing time. He showed some elusiveness with his stats atleast.

Three things I take from the stats:

-the reps between the three back-up QB's are all pretty even, meaning it's anyone's game. McCarron's stat line is encouraging.

-I'm surprised to see Grant get the 2nd-most carries. He probably still ends up the 4th guy in the rotation, but that has to show the coaches have confidence in him.

-They really spread the ball around in the passing game. 6 guys with at least 3 receptions, and none of them named Maze or Bowman. Sounds like Saban has high praise for Norwood. He called him the "most consistent" of the young guys.

What do u mean by that? When I say something is 'sick' I mean it's VERY awesome. But 'old people' like urself usually say those types of terms literally. lol sorry i had to but naw seriously, can u elaborate?

Old people? Seriously...Old people?!?

I'll go a little further in depth later on today or tomorrow.

Stats aren't telling the story. Seriously, don't pay attention to them.

BTW, Mark Barron...that was Trent.
