Just out of curiosity. How likely is this going to get us into real trouble with the NCAA?
Unless something more comes to light, this is an issue between the NCAA and Jones & Ingram. It is going to come down to will they be suspended for a game(s) and have to pay restitution, or not. Apparently, the snag in all of this, is the NCAA wanting to verify the actual value of the fishing trip. But as for UA, the dude was not a booster and apparently not affiliated with UA in any way, so unless there is something else that gets unearthed by the NCAA (and I don't think there will be, as there is nothing else there), UA isn't looking at sanctions or anything like that... if that is what you were asking.
