Some of them he couldn't hear/misheard and snapped the ball early and/or flubbed the snap as a result of it... like a check swing in baseball. Not always, but it happened more than it should have, especially in louder environments.
Heard that Seth sent a text to Milroe after the Proctor news āLetās run it back!ā
Milroeās response, āYou mean roll it back, but nah bro! We good! You stay in Ohio!ā

And shouldn't blame all on a 20+/- year old...if he couldnt hear,....and that was issue...then Oline coach paid to fix all things Oline problems...should have fixed...
Seen in some Olines where guard reaches and taps center to snap ball..if center hearing clapis a problem.....now ball being snapped at feet ir top of helmet of QB...ummm
If you play center for 14 games during a college season, not to mention the reps in practice, you should not continue to have bad snaps, no matter what the count is called.
A friend of mine is an OSU alum and we were talking about this last night and I told him āSeth didnāt have the cadence figured out against Michigan in the playoff? Thatās not on Milroe thatās on Sethās intelligence to grasp shitā
True...but if you pay big money to someone...regardless of age...level of expectations are going to increase...
When they are kids...playing a sport...for tuition...not as high....

McLaughlin had a few early snaps (Iron Bowl) that I'll chalk up to cadence but whenever he had an 'Bad Snap' it wasn't always early but it was always low.
