šŸˆ Remember hearing about OU's Joe Mixon punching a girl?

That's interesting. Without knowing Oklahoma case law and definitions, I wonder why she wasn't charged OR why he was charged and plead guilty if she committed a crime first.

I bet there was a previous encounter and this was the aftermath. Mixon walks right up to them and something is said by him toward the direction of the guy she was with. I think that was probably when she supposedly "spit at him and called him a n*gg*." He probably says something along the lines of "why don't you shut up bitch" and that is when she shoves him. He faints the punch and she slaps him.
I'm saying this and I mean it! I have A LOT of property and I have access and the ability to operate some heavy machinery. Hit my daughter and they will NEVER find your body!!

Holy **** the sheer power behind that punch. He's lucky to not being facing attempted murder. That could easily kill you.

Too much upper body. Needs to step into a right cross, plant his left foot, trail his right and twist and explode through the punch off the ball of his right foot when it plants.

More importantly, his swing was to wide and he did not bring his left hand up to guard. A better opponent could have blocked the cross and countered with their own and/or an uppercut on an off balanced, unprotected Mixon.

He got lucky, but that's why we spar with lessor opponents and break down the film. It's a learning process. I'm sure he's reflected on it over the last year or so and is more prepared today than he was then. He may be ready to step up to a heavy set butch Latina or semi-distracted hood rat, baby mama.

Not all rap music. But a vast majority of it.

It exists bro, not matter how deep in the sand a person's head is.

And before this devolves into a social politics debate, I'll leave this alone and just agree to disagree before it even starts.

Roll Tide, bro.

I've listened to rap music my entire life, never once have I felt the need to "slap a bitch" or "hit a ho." Just like I've been watching Quentin Tarrintino movies my entire life yet I dont feel the need to go around shooting people in the face or scream "motherfucker" every 30 seconds...

And not to mention that type of rap that you are referring is only one form and its no different than certain forms of heavy metal or violent movies or tv shows for that matter. But according to you only gangsta rap forms a "thug culture"...

Ok, bud.

Like I said, I'm agreeing to disagree.

Roll Tide.

For you to deny that a vast majority of hip-hop music, videos included, nowadays promotes and glorifies a culture of violence, drug usage and peddling, and a degrading objectification of women... that, my friend, is what's baffling.

No, what is truly baffling is how you managed to get all of that from a sentence and a word, how you are very quick to assume things with little to no basis for the assumption. Maybe you should finally keep your word and let it go.

For the record though, I haven't listened to the vast majority of hip hop, the videos included. I dont know and can only imagine why you would think I might have.
