The best I can describe it falls into the line of when we were saying "why are we still playing high post?" The teams we're looking at the Tide facing? That's a lot of them in a loose context.

Might be my cautious nature but I still expect Bama to stub their toe a few times but recover. How will they respond to that? It could start this weekend. Still got some tough games in front of us that are much better teams than UK was.

Ok to me a loss is a toe stub. Yes it was a hiccup for sure. Using all of these technical terms gets confusing .

This for sure. They did learn things in that tight game. One is you are not going to blow everybody out by 20+ points. You need to stay hungry and have enough depth and versatility to be able to win different ways. Maybe the most important lesson is when the shots are not falling you can trust your defense and effort to win.

I don't disagree with you at all, but their sloppy careless, play, their poor-man's version of the Globetrotters nearly bit them in the ass. You could tell the urgency to right the ship started with about 3:30 left in the game. That was solid hoops to make sure the game was out of reach. Before that though...Geez! UK had so many chances to snag the lead in the second half before they finally did...Good thing they're down this year. A performance like that in the Elite 8 will be too costly to overcome.
