A trend I don't get. Okay, yeah, that first bite does take pretty good. But, after that? It's (insert) Cobbler topped with melted ice cream.

I had a Pluberry Cobbler the week of the 4th. That's not a "mix." It's a hybrid Japenese Plum and cherries.

I almost went cherry instead of strawberry on the list... I've never had sweet potato cobbler, not sure I would enjoy that.

It taste practically the same as sweet potato pie, but a little different, not as dry as pie, but yummy. Potatoes need to be cooked first before cobblered (?)
Probably use the same spices in a cobbler as a pie, just juicier with more crust.

Sweet potatoes need butter and salt not sugar and marshmallows, pumpkins should be only for carving or maybe shooting out of a cannon if you remember that.

Starvation and stress make anything taste amazing. To this day I love blue poweraide because it was the first drink I ever had at the Ole depot, and I was dieing of thirst.
