Lance Thompson felt compelled to speak to Saban before or after the game. I didn't see it happen during what they showed on TV after the game. If I remember correctly, Lance's title under Saban was Assistant Head Coach and LB's coach. And was lighting up the recruiting world. Heck, he was named rivals.com National Recruiter of the Year.
Now, he's a Defensive Line Coach for Tennessee. That "fence" he claimed to be building around the state of Tennessee doesn't seem to be paying off. I'm sure the guy is still having some success in his career, but certainly not what he was under the direction of Saban. Talk about a bad decision professionally.
