Got an update on Simpson today and I'm told that as of now he is heavily leaning to return to UA for an additional and final season in 2026. While it wasn't mentioned, I assume at least to some degree, his health (back) is factoring into the decision. And before anyone jumps off their roof, UA is well aware of the plan, and yes, it could change in the coming weeks (this is a weak QB class which could become a factor in his decision). DeBoer does not want to lose Keelon Russell, and if Ty returns, the wolves will be at the gates trying to get him. I'm told keeping him will be a top priority.

Got 2 good QBs coming in too.

Be awesome if he came back. But a first round draft choice. U got to go. To much money involved. Life changing $$$$

I saw something on espn app projecting him in mid first round.

I hope Ty goes to the NFL after this season. If he returns Bama might lose not one but 2 QBs. (10 and 12)

It's possible that Ty could return for another year and play at another SEC school. He should be able to get a really good salary.

Maybe take Ryan Williams big bucks and resolve the QB room 1st.

Hope they keep Ty and Keelon has the maturity to take another year to get ready if he's not ready to be number 1 yet, most true sophomores aren't.
