“Heard” one of the reasons Pruitt wasn’t seriously considered at UA was because of the looming lawsuit.

One of the issues the SEC had with Pruitt was the rumor of a lawsuit. His consideration at UA was taken seriously. The timing, as well as not knowing the resolution, is the reason he isn't on staff today.

Well I just meant that Tennessee planned to make him the sacrificial lamb and ruined years of his coaching ability. Not saying he isn't at fault, but the planning behind the scenes no doubt planned to throw him to the media and wolves.

I really want to sue the NCAA over something...their lawyers suck. I don't think they have won a lawsuit since the Albert Means debacle. I mean hell, I think with my experience testifying as an expert witness, I could rep myself and beat them.

I have a good friend who is an ADA. She swears that this movie nailed it on what its like being in a courtroom. (At least in South Alabama.) From the times I have testified as an expert witness, I must concur.

I would bet on a settlement to avoid disclosure. See Tom Jones.
