I was speaking with a pretty big-time Bama alumni last night and he told me that last week there was a players only meeting for everyone but the seniors. Has anyone else heard about this?

This story is going in both directions. When the "story" broke last week it was a meeting with Seniors only.

Depends on who is involved, if its a seniors meeting, then this is bowl game prep, if seniors are not involved then they are getting ready for the spring. Either way someone needs to step up!

I live in Atlanta and I do not get any Tide info over here. I was just asking if anyone has heard anything. Not for nothing, but some of the replys were jerky at best.

Here is the question again. What is up with the meeting?

This isn't something I've asked about, to anyone. It's a non-story 'net story at first glance.

Were there team meetings last week? Yes. They were to discuss the subjects of the awards which is in a thread here.

The team has a few days off right now...finals, rest, etc. We'll start looking at the bowl game in a week or so...
