The only "saving grace" they can point to is Ole Miss was recruiting him out of high school.

Lane is so uncomfortable and awkward around people this may be his only route to success at LSU. And, even then, my gut tells me it's going to be fleeting success. I have a real hard time seeing him in the living room of a prospect and ANYONE feeling comfortable. Seriously, I imagine something like Napoleon Dynamite in a sex cam studio ...

I don't know any differently than to consider Sam Leavitt to be a pretty level headed QB. He would bring a "maturity" to the QB position. So, yeah. Probably Desmond.

They HAVE to do something, soon. If I'm remembering this correctly...

Colin Hurley, Ju'Juan Johnson, and Van Buren have left. Nuss is out of eligibility. So, that leaves the numbers in their QB room ... zero?

(I looked at this a little while ago. Again, if I'm not mistaken...LSU carried 13 WR's last season. They are down to four.)
