🏈 Player you are looking forward to watching the most

While it is cute that you two are (e) fighting about a girl and I am sure she appreciates it, let's play an "association" game...
Her (e) mane is "phillygirl."
She is probably from philly.
My wife is from (south) philly.
My lovely bride (and she is lovely) could kick both your asses.
Deduction: philly Girl does not need you to to (e) argue or (e) fight over her. She could also kick both your asses.
It's not about fighting over a girl or coming to stick up for a cause... it's about making SLO look like an idiot because he says ignorant things and when called out on it, can't come with any logical reason as to why he made a certain comment. He says things that he thinks are funny or cool, and when people give him that funny "what did you say" look, he gets embarrassed.

I actually have so many players I want to watch I cant name them all. I really think our battles will be won in the trenches by our two lines, making the skill guys look even better than they already are.
Think Ingram and the O'Line.
So, what part of Philly are you from?

Hey, where in South Philly? I'm from Northeast (Port Richmond, to be exact). Thanks for the compliment :rtrsign:

She was born and raised in Upper Darby. Many years ago. Yes, we know it has changed. We were up there a couple fo years ago and drove through the old hood. She nearly cried. Her dad was a cop, and did everything from walking a beat to working u/c narcotics, to working as the mayors personal body guard. He even got to guard the Heisman trophy.
I only got to meet him once before he died but from all accounts he was an extremely tough mick.

Dude, stop.

You're the one embarrassing yourself.

Henry. I think he's waited his turn and is about to show out as the featured back. Kinda like Eddie did.

I agree; however, he needs to get outside and build some steam to be most effective.
He's a big, strong back but not elusive, and he's a bit too tall to get low and use his power to break first contact and explode into the secondary from between the tackles.
I'm cool with toss sweeps left and right all day until they stop it for king Henry with Drake providing the change of pace.

Exactly my thinking as well. Henry can be effective between the tackles at times, but if someone gets a good hand on him he is likely to go down. He is best on the sweeps to the outside where he gets that steam engine going- can outrun LBs and run over DBs.

I get excited thinking about how Boz mentioned putting Drake in motion and watching the defense.... if they don't cover Drake, or put a LB on him, field day. Of they adjust over for him, runot Henry the opposite direction. Giggity giggity gooooooo

I like that thought. It is the Bush-White combo from USC with Bush (Drake) in the slot and White (henry) in backfield. Bush goes in motion and QB just reads the D to decide who carries the rock for 5-10 yards at a time

But something to be seen is if we have a WR that pickup the safety to make those Henry sweeps as effective as Coop did last year. Coop was an all around hero.
