🏈 Player you are looking forward to watching the most

Is there a particular guy you're hoping will improve? Maybe a frosh you wanna see light up the field? Who are you gonna be giving extra attention to?

For me, as with last year .. OJ Howard.

I really think this is the year he gets it together. He has a lot of potential and we've caught glimpses of what he can do. He just has to be a full package TE.
I gotta say... So far, I'm impressed wiff ya knowledges of da foosball, as a girl.

I understand what @TerryP is saying regarding Pierschbacher, but I'm still looking forward to seeing how well Jackson will play at RT. I've been saying this for now three years, but I'll try again. I'm really looking forward to Chris Black having a real breakout year, too.

On defense, I'm looking forward to both Hand and Hamilton.

Defense...

1. Tim Williams - He has potential to lead the team in sacks. IF he gets legit playing time.

2. Rashaan Evans - He could live in the backfield. Not sure that is what Saban is looking for... Unfortunately

3. Ronnie Harrison - Coaches/players were talking about him this Spring like he's a faster Mark Barron. With Geno Smith and Eddie Jackson leading the pack, no question he will have an opportunity to play.

4. Minkah Fitz - Already up to #3 at CB. Humphrey may be ahead of him when healthy, or maybe he keeps that spot. Big and strong enough to play right now...

5. D. Hand - Want some lineman who can stay on the field all the damn time. He could be the all around DE we've been waiting for! I hope he gets more snaps.

*We need to find some younger PLAYMAKERS... Those great defenses of years past had a few physical phenoms who made SPECIAL plays. Ro, Upshaw, Landon Collins, Hightower, Dareus, Javy, Milliner, HCD.... Aside from Ragland, some young dudes need to step up and force some stale vets out the way. JMO

Offense....

1. Chris Black - No more excuses (if healthy). His time is running out

2. Calvin Ridley - Highest ceiling on the roster after Cam Rob.

3. Dom Jackson - If he can pass block, at all, he is going to bully in the run game. Can't wait to see an old school road grader on that line

4. Damien Harris - He's got 1 year to learn the ropes... Could be his show after that. Want to see that solid freshman year like the other great backs we've had

5. Daylon Charlot - I expected him to pass a few older guys this Fall... The Sims injury has paved the way for a few snaps. He could be "the guy" to kill the return game

On one hand with Dom, if we're in a passing situation we can always slide a H-back over or line up a TE for a little help. On the other hand with Ross, when we need that yard or two it's all on him.

Both guys I'll be watching ... one more closely than the other.

Memories take me back to watching SA running over the left side ...

No. I know exactly what it means.

Clearly you're not grasping the context.

Grasping what context? It's simple and you're avoiding the question because 1) you're too ashamed to admit you had no clue what you were talking about, or 2) you simply don't have an answer and your silence is an admission that you were speaking out of your ass.

You said she seemed to know a lot about football for a girl. I asked why you're using gender as a qualifier to measure who should know about football. Do you have an answer?

No.

You're coming to the defense of "a woman's cause", in a disingenuous effort of chivalry.

Typical lawyer speaking, you are. :Yoda:

While it is cute that you two are (e) fighting about a girl and I am sure she appreciates it, let's play an "association" game...
Her (e) mane is "phillygirl."
She is probably from philly.
My wife is from (south) philly.
My lovely bride (and she is lovely) could kick both your asses.
Deduction: philly Girl does not need you to to (e) argue or (e) fight over her. She could also kick both your asses.
