Interesting honey harvest this year. The honey in these two jars came from two different hives but the hives were only 30 feet apart. What nectar / pollen source did one find that the other one didn’t ?
The lighter is a little sweeter than the darker but both are delicious.
I had a good year, honey wise. 6 hives yielded just over 25 gallons or just over 300 pounds of honey.
