It said his blood alcohol level had to get down to .03 before they will let anyone go.

Inmates in the county jail must register a blood alcohol level lower than .03 before they are allowed to be released on bond following an alcohol related arrest.

I'm never against a cop pulling someone over for a DUI and arresting them, it's Golding's fault, as many have stated Uber is not that expensive and if you're making that much money you should have it on speed dial to get you home. Or just don't get that intoxicated.

Would be highly unusual and out of character for Saban to send him packing over this. More likely course, he gives Pete a list of mandatory criteria that has to be met (somewhat similar to a player in the same situation) and tries to make sure it is never repeated (for the sake of his life/career). Unless Golding indicates to Saban that he wants to step away, I don't see a change being made (over this specifically).
