| FTBL One of Bryant Denny's Loudest Moments And...

Yeah. Biggest explosion on noise....
09 vs TN....Mt Cody...FGblock
But the story...the sick feeling as TN was lining up for the FG...Ms50+ turned her head...wouldnt watch...as so many were doing... and then...
Probably most dramatic home win in Sabans era..

From start to finish, that 2005 Florida game was the loudest I've ever attended. Other than the Prothro injury, Bryant-Denny was one big jet engine from kickoff until 0:00.
I didn't attend that game, but it did sound loud on TV. The Iron Bowl in 2010 was also ridiculously loud on TV. My dad to this day says the 1994 Georgia game was the loudest he's ever heard BDS until the 2010 Iron Bowl.

When I was a student, there were multiple games that I believed had the best atmospheres: 2014 Mississippi State, 2014 auburn, 2015 LSU, and 2016 Texas A&M. One of the louder moments was after Dobbs was sacked in 2015.

Most mentioned are one's that immediately came to my mind.

Javy punt return vs. LSU in '07

Charlie Peprah's Pick 6 vs. Georgia in '02

Julio's 74 yard TD catch & run vs. LSU in '09

Loudest moment IMO= Cody FG block vs. Vols in '09

I wasn’t able to attend the Mt. Cody block game, but was in the endzone of that LSU game in 2007 when Arenas returned that punt. It felt like the stadium was shaking, and I’m pretty sure it was, due to people jumping up and down. That was an exciting one. And agree, that 2005 Florida game was just insanely loud from start until Pro’s injury. I think we were hungry as a fan base for a game like that and it all came together against a team we really didn’t like.

Considering I am unable to attend as many games as you guys, I was at two of these. The UGAg of '02 and the Florida game in '05 which was the welcome of Urban Meyers to the SEC after he had just beaten UK handily. You describe it the same way I do. It was jet-level noise for the whole game.

It would have been nice for the stadium to have been quiet during Prothro's injury but the Gaytor fans were too busy making asses out of themselves by cheering his injury and shooting birds at him. Never cared for the Gaytors since.

Forgot the Areans return. Yep. Loud

I have to go with @24and7

While that UF game was a blast. Nothing I have attended in the past 22 years was louder than that UT block.
Have to agree with this. And I wasn't even in the stadium. I was on the quad watching it on TV. But I've never heard the crowd THAT loud...as in being able to hear them roar when Cody blocked that 2nd kick...from on the quad.

The LSU game when Julio took the WR screen 70+ yards was the loudest I ever heared BDS.
I was there.

That was pretty dang loud.

Another loud one at the top of the list was in 07 when JPW hit Matt Caddell on that leaping jump ball fade in the back west corner of the north end zone in the final seconds to beat Ar-kansas.

That was a pretty loud moment. I was in the shelf right above that corner and it looked like Caddell climbed to the top of an invisible 12' ladder to go grab that and come down with it.

I was in the student section that day (season). I remember all to well, some UF fans up in U4 AA that were doing the gator chomp while Protho was down. That obviously didn't go over well... Just about the time it was about to boil over and cause a brawl between the fan bases, officers showed up and escorted them out. Prothro injury aside though, that was my favorite Bama game under Shula (not that there were many to choose from). The game against the Vols a later that month was #2.

@Sgt. Lincoln Osiris That was an epic moment for sure. If memory serves me correct, that was the first ever OT win for Bama. Saban had a lot of issues with that 07 team buying in, but after that game, there was no doubt where Bama was headed.

Watched that game at The Houndstooth Bar in Chicago... was a fun time. (RIP Houndstooth Bar)
