"Four starters have been dismissed from ND after the school conducted an internal investigation this summer, sources close to the program told FOX Sports.

The players involved are receiver DaVaris Daniels, defensive back KeiVarae Russell, defensive lineman Ishaq Williams and linebacker Kendall Moore.

Has Kelly been implicated, or is this just coming to light under his watch? I always thought Kelly was sleazy at Cincy, but to their credit there is academic purity in some corners of ND, football be damned. This isn't North Carolina, after all.
