The thing that ticks me off is Josh Swords should have kept his mouth shut to the media on this and it would have gone quietly...his firm realized that in the end.

From Tidesports.com...

Ennis said the agreement was reached with Bryan Brinyark and another associate with his Tuscaloosa firm Brinyark, Lee, Hickman & Hocutt, P.C. Josh Swords, a former UA football player who works with the firm, was not involved in the discussions, Ennis said. Swords has worked on the case since the arrest and has spoken to media on several occasions. He said last week there were discrepancies between the video from security cameras, witness accounts and the police reports that didn't match.

Josh hopefully learned a lesson here that will help his career as a lawyer. When negotiating a plea with the prosecution it is in the best interest of your client for you not to say anything publicly that would embarass the prosecution. He could have blown it for Rashad.

Should we share his new nickname around the courthouse? Naaaah.
