🌎 Windows 11...should I go ahead and update to it?

I keep getting the Windows 11 update message every so often when I turn on my computer. I've been ignoring it, but I know that in October Microsoft will stop updating Win10 (my current os). Is it worth it to update to Win11?

I'm mainly concerned about my music, videos, games, other apps, etc. I don't want to lose anything. And I also don't want it to brick my computer or cause me to start having issues with anything. At this point, I'm not entirely certain my computer is compatible.

So if anyone has done the update...is it worth it? Did you lose anything? How frustrating was it? etc...

Thanks in advance

I have to get the W-11 because the W-10 couldn't be updated on the system I had. Here a guy who thought XP was the best thing since slice cheese!
XP was great! I loved XP. It just worked.

But I've always been leery of upgrading to the latest thing. I never do it early to make sure most of the bugs have been worked out before I make the leap.

Well...I'm about to do the update to Win11. With the end of support for Win10 looming on the horizon, I figured I better go ahead and do it.

Got it downloaded and installed. The only thing I've found that I don't like is you can't move the taskbar. I always have mine at the top. But for some reason they removed that ability with Win11.
